Join us for a cosy, creative and uplifting afternoon designed especially for girls aged 12–17 💕

Bloom & Bond is all about bringing girls together to relax, have fun, build confidence and make new friendships in a safe and welcoming environment! Expect an afternoon filled with creativity, self-care, laughter and positive vibes ✨

Throughout the event, we’ll be enjoying:

• Uno, colouring & chill vibes
• Positivity discussions & group conversations
• Time to socialise, laugh & connect

We want everyone to leave feeling uplifted, inspired and reminded of the importance of kindness, friendship and supporting one another 🌷

🧁 Bake Off Competition

One of the highlights of the day will be our fun Bake Off Competition! Participants are invited to bring a homemade baked item from home to be judged by our panel of 3 judges.

Your bake will be judged on:

• Taste
• Presentation
• Creativity

The winner will receive a special girly hamper filled with cute treats and surprises 🎀

Whether it’s cupcakes, brownies, cookies or a full cake — we encourage everyone to get creative and have fun!

Life can sometimes feel stressful and overwhelming, especially for young girls navigating school, friendships and everyday pressures. Bloom & Bond was created to provide a positive and supportive space where girls can:

• Feel safe, welcomed and supported
• Create happy memories together

🌿 About Sheffield Young Explorers (SYE)

Bloom & Bond is proudly part of Sheffield Young Explorers (SYE), a community organisation supporting young people and families through creative activities, leadership opportunities and wellbeing programmes.

This is a completely youth-led event organised by girls aged 13–15 through SYE’s Leadership Programme. Through planning this event, the team have developed skills in leadership, teamwork, confidence and organisation while creating something positive for their community 💕

💕 Meet The Team

Malaz – Team Manager

Leads the team and helps make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Once Malaz gets talking, she won’t stop 😂

Nahhla – Secretary

Keeps the team organised and helps everyone stay on track. She’s so tiny you might not even notice her at first 😭

Samha – Community Officer

Helps create a welcoming atmosphere and bring people together. She laughs at her own jokes (and thinks they’re hilarious).

Mezab – Finance Manager

Manages the budgeting and finances for the event. She somehow loses her glasses while they’re still on her head 👓

Joud & Douaa – Marketing Managers

The creative minds behind promoting the event and designing our poster. Joud gives the best wholesome hugs, while Douaa’s laugh can probably be heard from another country 🌍

Hafsa – SYE Youth Ambassador & Youth Panelist 

Oversees the team and keeps everyone organised. Basically the group’s second mum 💕

Can I get a refund?

This is a non-refundable event. If you can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your place to someone else.

What is the dress code?

Anything comfy! Cosy clothes, casual outfits or even pyjamas are welcome 💕

What if I have allergies?

Please let us know about any allergies or dietary requirements before the event so we can support you properly.

Who are the organisers?

We are Group 7, part of the Sheffield Young Explorers Leadership Programme. We were given the opportunity to create and lead our own community event — and Bloom & Bond was created to bring girls together in a fun, positive and welcoming space 🌷
