10-Month Young Leaders VRU Leadership Programme
Empowering young women to lead with confidence, compassion, and purpose.
Join Sheffield Young Explorers (SYE) for an inspiring 10-month journey designed to help girls aged 12–18 explore their potential, strengthen their voice, and take their first steps toward becoming confident, capable leaders in their communities.
This monthly leadership programme provides a safe, inclusive, and creative space where young women can connect, grow, and be inspired.

💫 Our Vision
To help young girls understand their own leadership journey — where they are now and where they want to be — and to equip them with the tools, confidence, and belief to take action.
The programme focuses on empowering young women to recognise their worth, use their voices, and create meaningful, positive change for themselves and their communities.
We believe every girl has the potential to lead — not only in positions of power, but through kindness, empathy, and service.
🎯 Programme Aims
